Silvex developers owned by Tony Silva, Nance Silva and their son Nikhiel Silva, are involved in one of the biggest property scams in Mumbai. They are assisted by Mr Vishwanath Palke and Joe Silva in cases of fraud, double sale of flats, which do not exist in Andheri, Mulund and Khar Mumbai. They have no fear of the law, as they say that they have the police and corrupt government officials in their hands. Innocent people are being fleeced by them, and left stranded in Mumbai.
