I bought the BSNL sim card yesterday but unable to complete the tele verification process because whenever I am dialing 1507 it is responding that network is busy . Please shot out my problem .a

I ported to BSNL sim no.is [[protected]] after two days network signal is showing then i called 1507 for self verification but no connection is made on this number, i tried two days but showing user busy all time... if possible please activate my new sim ...my alternate number is [[protected]]
