Simmtronics — Company not returning my xpad after service | |||
I have bought simmtronics xpad mobile q2 on 15-2-014 It was having display problem so I sent it simmtronics, c41 okhla phase 1 new Delhi on [protected] by speed post with online tracking no. Em[protected]in and confirmed receipt also. I talked to customer care on[protected] about Status of my mobile and they replied that it will be sent in 2 days. Since last 6 month I am hearing same reply But my xpad q2 Mobile is not sent to me still. What should I do? Should I go to their Delhi office and Enquire about my mobile? My mobile no.
