[Resolved]  Simmtronics — O.S system of Xpad X720 corrupted

My Xpad X720 O.S is corrupted and my tab does not boot to desktop. Its keeps loading when i switch it on and does not boot for my application to load. I sent in a complaint form about two weeks ago and i have not had any feedback from your team.
