Singer India — After 2 months of complain of new sewing machin demo not solved

I bought a new sewing singer sewing machine and register my complain in singer customer care for its demo but after 2 months company not solved my complain and when i call in customer care they does not reply satisfied answer and ignore my complain . company also do not take responsbility about its damage parts and they make me fool.i loss 5000 in my proffession i want it from singer company.
