Sion Panvel Tollways Pvt Ltd — Bad condition of roads and potholes

The Sion Panvel Highway is in very bad shape. Although crores have been spent on concertizing the roads, still the patches which connects the bridges and major junction like kalamaboli and the junctions of bridges with roads and the coal tar road over all the bridges is in very bad shape due to potholes. Apart from traffic snarls it creates lot of pollution. It is very sad that even the repair work was of shoddy nature and just few days of rains and same big bg craters have come up. There is no red flagging of such craters and there is high possibility of damage to self and the vehicles.
It is lao increasing the pollution due to slow moving of vehicles.

Who would be responsible for this poor quality of work and what is the process of making people accountable.
