Siri Krishna Electronics — Non delivery of dell laptop which was purchased by paying 21, 150/- rs. | |||
I have been cheated by this guy in the same way Vijay from siri krishna electronics, kumaraswamy layout is a big fraud. He has collected rs21, 150 from me for the selling new dell laptop on 27 june 2016. I have made the payment through my debit card and that is the beginning of my nightmare . He neither delivered the laptop nor refund my money till today, . I have been following up with him for 2 months now and he is giving some reason or the other every time. He gave me cheque for rs 21, 500 which got bounce due to insufficient fund. I have been following up with him ever since but no luck. He is giving some reason or the other to return back the money. First he said transaction is not successful and asked me to raise issue with my bank. Believing him i have submitted dispute form to get the refund. My bank enquired with his bank and clearly stated that transaction was successful and money has been transferred to his account. Looks like this guy has cheated many others also in the same way. I did a mistake by not reading the reviews available on internet before i made the payment to this guy. He has cheated many people in the same way. Please do not buy anything from this guy and even if you buy never pay him any advance else you will loose your hard earned money. Never use his services and never ever swipe your credit / debit card and pay any advance to this guy before you get the work done / received the product. Complainant name : n.R. Dear Sir,
1. if spares are not available i am helpless.
2. Even if the spares were available i may not be able to guarantee the VIDEO and Audio or USB or HDMI or anything else unless until the POWER SUPPLY BOARD is Rectified, Any foolish idiot will think the same.
3. if you go out station or come after 10 days or after a month and collect your Television back is at your discretion and i cant deny to deliver the set back since it belongs to you bit i kept updating that spars not available in market.
4. Defaming is easier as you did with your filthy words which is embarrassing me.
5. capable or incapable about my finance why you should worry. you are not paying me the salary, my shop rent, electricity bill, communication charges to procure spares.
6. if an engineer from Sharp/sony/ philips company comes to attend the service you will pay him visit / service charge, where as if i ask about the same you say you have done noting why should i pay you, this mannerism i have to learn from proud full customers like you.
I HOPE YOU HAVE COLLECTED PARTIAL AMOUNT TOWARDS REFUNDS FROM US, PLEASE UPDATE THE SAME HERE AT THE FORUM.

This man, Mr Vijaya Bhargava, is a disgrace to mankind. He fooled me in repairing the electronic Piano. Got this scumbag's number from online is my first step to nightmare. Just like everyone who have described here, above, this son of a ### had been postponing the delivery date of the repaired product. What more?? The repaired product is all the more faulty than it already was, before giving it for repair. In the midst of all this, He decided to sell me a TV and on the good will, I did end up swiping a whooping amount of rs 37440/- . Of which only the partial amount has been returned. He is now, not receiving my call, text and in fact his shop telephone number doesn't work. Guess he has packed and walked away with many others' money just like mine. My heart goes out to all of you, who are this innocent and having been a prey for these kind of daylight bandits. I am sorry to all of you whose kindness has been taken advantage of.In the end, trust me, you are all good people and don't deserve to be fooled mercilessly by this cocksucker. This is nothing but daylight robbery. he will give you various reasons, that he suffered heart attacks, lung failures etc etc..

He talks very nicely till he takes the unit for repair and starts all ploy to push days.
Sincere advise avoid giving any TV, modem or laptops etc...he cooks some story and returns the TV or electronics item without repairs.
I had given my Sharp TV on 25th Sept and without even opening with full confidence he told switching chip has gone faulty and it will be 3000 bugs incl his charges.
I was in hurry but told him fine but I need the TV repaired no later than 27th afternoon which he agreed as if not I was ready to go back.
28th Sept I called him up and he told the board is gone faulty and exploring some options so wanted time but told by 29th evg he will replace the board and deliver it to my home since I was out of town.
I called him on 30th Sept and he gave a new story stating his back is hurt by lifting a a heavy TV and he is taking rest. But will give me repaired TV no later than 4th Oct.
4th Oct evg some different story says board is not available but trying and this time I told please give back unit there ia no point.
7th Oct I collected the unit with my advance money back...Thank god i gave only 1000 bugs otherwise he would have played with for some more time.
This is my second instance by the same Vijay, earlier he did same thing with DSL Modem when his shop was in ISRO Layout.
Now with TV.
Twice bitten now will never ever give anything to this guy.
Either he does not know how to repair or he has money and only passing time fooling people.
Sincere advice avoid this shop for any Electronics or laptop services its only waste of time and energy possibly sometimes money which by luck or God's grace did not happen to me.
