[Resolved]  Siti Cable — Broadband speed to maintaining TRAI rules

This is very frustrating that SITI is providing very poor service quality and connection speed. Whereas other ISP in Kolkata giving 512kbps @ Rs. 400 they are giving the same @ Rs. 800. i.e. Double the rate. Moreover SITI doesn't following TRAI rules, which says any ISP should give minimum speed of 512kbps. This is the high time that we, normal people should complain to TRAI about this ISP also for the LCO who doesn't bringing any other ISP to their area.

Thanks for quick response. I did a mail to TRAI for the same keeping all SITI people in BCC. Lets see whether TRAI take any actions on this broadband operator.
