Sir/Madam! 1. I am a customer of SITI cable network. I have a cable TV Set Top Box connectivity from 'MODERN DISH CENTRE IAF SHOPING COMPLEX AFS JALAHALLI (W) BANGALORE' My set top box VC No. is [protected] and I am in a need o[censored]rgently to clarify the 'SWITCHED ON/OFF TIMINGS ON MY CABLE TV SET TOP BOX ON 25 JAN 15'. 2. I made a verbal request for the same to local distributor saveral times and a written on 26 Mar 15 and even to 'NODAL OFFICER SITI CABLE NETWORK LTD, UNITED MANSIONS, 3RD FLOOR, 39 MG ROAD, BANGALORE-1' through Regd Post on same date. 3.
