Siti Cable — No signal and nobody is attending the problem

I am the resident of Madhu Vihar Rewari.

I want to make the complaint against the Siti Cable Network Rewari. From last one month I am struggling with the network and after complaining no body is responding to attend the problem. I asked them so many times to correct the cable but no response. I want to ask them to give my money back so that I can switch to different operator.
