Siti Broadband's service is so frustrating:
1. The support staff steps into my place and does the installation successfully . However, wait, I am not done, the Mac I'd which was taken by him was wrong and the same was not updated in Siti's system too. Hence I was not able to connect my wifi for the entire 3rd of November.
2. Let's proceed with the next reason. I called up Siti guys on 4th and a ticket number for the same was raised for my account. I got a call from them stating that one of their support staff will visit my place in 1hr. Let me also tell you the support guy visited my place after 2 hours 20mins @ 3.15pm . No respect for time either.
3. Continuing with the 3rd reason the support staff reset my router but couldn't resolve my problem either. Why? Because when he called your the team he was told that the Mac I'd was updated wrong in the system. Now this guy called the first guy who installed the router at my place also taking the technical support team on conference started blaming and abusing each other in my house. No Decency at all.
4. When the blaming and abusing phone call got over, the support staff who is still in my house asks your technical team to update the Mac I'd as it was merely a job of 5-10mins. But wait the technical team has such a bunch of Idiots filled in there replies on the call that they won't do this as they need to go for lunch. I mean what kind of service are you they trying to provide ????
5. The support staff's call was disconnected and he was left nowhere in the middle as how to resolve the issue. He leaves my place @3.35pm, 20 mins after that whole drama assuring me that the Mac I'd will be updated in one hour I.e. by 4.35pm. I waited till 5.00 pm no response either.
6. I called back again on the toll free number[protected] they again raised a ticket for my query & still no follow ups . Three back to back tickets but still no response from the Backend team. This is Insane.
It's been more than 24hrs since my newly connected wifi service is not working and I have been going under this harassment since that long. Hence I would like to file a complaint against this company ASAP.
This kind of support is unacceptable.
