[Resolved]  Skoda India — Abrupt Closure of Service centre

dear sir/madam, Ibought skoda yeti and bought it from Jia Auto Sales Siliguri, in the year 2010 since it also had a service centre. Suddenly Jia auto closed few days back.Now a lot of the north bengal, sikkim and guwhati customers e are having serious problem because of this. How can skoda allow its service centre to be closed on the whims and fancy of a dealer. Doesn't Skoda care about its customers. I have called 3-4 times no repsonse. Skoda transfer or shifts responsibility to Jia Kolkatta who say take appointment and come to Kolkatta as if Kolkatta is next door. thanks if you guys can help.
