I Bought new Skoda Rapid style AT on 06.11.2017 for a price of Rs 15.6 Lakhs from Gurudev Motors, Trichy. On 17.11.2017 I went to Coimbatore in my car which is around 250 km from Trichy . I am very old customer of skoda using rapid and superb currently. Me met with an accident while using rapid in last of october 2017 and i have given car for repairing to saga private limited workshop jaipur on 4th of november and they have given me date 11th of nov. On which they will handover me my car after repairing so i make call on 11th of nov. So they postponed it to 13th of nov. On 13th of nov. Postponed...

1. Maintenance scheme which i, paid is not, reflecting in you system. Consequently i am asked, for money for 15000 service

2. No response, from skoda on any of my queries

3. Staff who does not have any value for their own words. Managers who are not visible anywhere.

I got a call from skoda autobahn offering free service and updation of software ea189. To my surprice, the service person informs me that there is a defect in fuel injector no. 1 and 4 and it would cost rs 25000 each for replacement.
I didn't face any problem while running the car. I have driven just 43000 kms in 5 yrs.

Am really surprised and perplexed on this observation. Can skoda service team address this?

I have been using this skoda rapid since jan 2013 and every year after nov 2015 i have to replace clutch. They call it wear and tear. How it is possible for the clutch to get wear and tear in 16000 km from previous one.

I have changed the clutch on 8th dec 2015, again on 5th dec[protected] km) and now (94700 km) they want my approval for bearing the cost of 24k once again.

How insane these people are taking...

Skoda india - pathetic warranty service

I have skoda rapid ambition plus 1.6 tdi mt 2014 model, it ran for 17.4k kms in 3 years and all of sudden got breakdown without any alarm, warning or performance issue, towed car to skoda service center, after inspection they told that clutch plate, pressure plate, release bearing and fly wheel got damaged and has to be replaced.

I have a 2014 rapid elegance black edition. 3 months back software was updated based on the letter that i received from skoda. Engine noise has become very high and the car has become sluggish after that. I have informed this many times to the dealership and as per them if it runs 2k to 3k kms all will be fine.
Even after covering the said distance, my issue still remains same. I would not have purchased this car if this was so noisy...

This is regarding my 1 year old skoda rapid. 10 days back it was stopped while driving and had to be towed to the service station. I was being told that due to faluty diesel the fuel injector is rusted and i need to spend 2.5lks inr for it. Later they agreed to cover the expenses under the goodwill gesture and i have to pay 30, 000 inr for it.

Since then my booking is getting cancelled or postponed till today by them with only excuse of no parts available for my car and also once they said no space to keep my car.
