Dear Sir, I am an owner of Skoda Fabia with dealer Gurudev Motors, Trichy. The attitude of the workshop and service personnel is very customer unfriendly. Would like to raise my grievances as the worst dealer for your product. They informed me about clutch and suspension work when I sent it for regular service but refuse to give me an estimate but demand a charge for the estimate.
