[Resolved] Skoda India — Extended warranty extension problem | |||||
I bought skoda rapid mh 12 ke 7028 from pashankar auto in pune (Dealership shut shop later) and in addition to standard 2 year, warranty, i also purchased and paid for extended 2 year warranty (4 yrs in total). Apparently the extended 2 years never reflected in their system and my warranty expired in sep 2016. Am in touch with viraj skoda pune for this and though i am being told that needful is being done, almost after 1.5 months of follow up, i don't have confirmation on the extension being in place. I am being penalised for pashankar auto's error/dishonesty/inefficiency. I have supplied the invoice and proof of payment for additional warranty also to viraj skoda and skoda customer care. Didn't expect such delay from a company that claims to keep customers interest in mind. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Does not matter, I took warranty and any problem excuse is 'it is not covered' today i need to spent again as they say that even 'Starter' is not covered. Vehicle has starting problem since long

It's so true That Skoda extended warranty is a waste of time and money. Everything and every
part for them is not covered. The dealerships look for any excuse to avoid any repairs under
extended warranty and Skoda refuses to answer or enlighten the customers.
My Superb's lower trunk lid falls on ones head clearly indicating that the Flap Hinge needs replacement
but they pass it off calling it a Shock absorber as these are mentioned in the exclusion list of the Extended
Warranty document. Now isn't it SIMPLY CLEVER...
