Skoda India — False commitment and unnecessary parts change | |||
Dear Team, I have Skoda Rapid registration no. UP 32 FR 0444, got 1st service done at 15000 km at Vishal Cars Lucknow. As per the scheduled chart for service attached only engine oil and oil filter should be replaced, instead they have changed alot of things which as per chart given by skoda was scheduled for 30000 and 45000 kms respectively. Attached is the bill and other required details. Even after reiterating that they have not done the work as per scheduled chart, they replied the chart is not correct, what we suggest the work is done in that way and charged the bill likewise. Attached are the Scheduled service chart, bill they charged and parts they changed. I just want to know if the periodic maintainence schedule board(attached) at the service center is of no use then why it is there to misguide us?
