[Resolved] Skoda India — I'm complaining about service and d duration they take for service | |||
Skoda dealers are not properly well qualified n service and they don't have enough space for service under one roof for all service .. They try to fool customers and they dnt respond properly also .. It's really foolish i[censored] take Skoda cars n Coimbatore and i[censored] leave ur car for service n Sga cars .. We don't recommend Skoda to anyone and ur peace of mind wil be lost i[censored] buy Skoda vehicles .. Why do they sell cars if they don't hav facility to do service . So money is only motive .. Just thought of owning a skoda rapid 1.5 TDI Ambition 2018 Model. But after seeing such pathetic after sales service I have changed my mind.
Also there should be an written confirmation from customer to his/her satisfaction level to close this complaint, but skoda India had just given a basic reply to
customer complaint and closed the complaint in this consumer portal.
No peace of mind I guess after purchasing Skoda!
