Skoda India — Poor after sale service of skoda | |||
Worst after sale service, wil make sure no friend of my ever buys a skoda car. Had brought a skoda rapid last year. It had a accident in October, not major, even the air bag didn't activate, bumped on the divider. It took the repair 3 months 9 days, and a bill of 2 Lakhs 40 thousand. Within a month, a car suddenly stopped after driving for 3 km. the car was towed to the service centre. Now the service station has estimated amount of 1 lakh for me. I don't know wat to do. It's their fault that they did not check the car properly. They say a part of engine burnt due to overheating, they accept they did not check the engine in previous repair. After the car being in the repair centre for 3 months how can they not take the responsibility. I went to the dealer where I bought the car, he said he wil come up with a solution and call back in 2 days, and never heard back from him( mr. Majid- andheri west autobahn mumbai). I am realy upset with skoda and wil make sure non of my friends ever buy skoda.no one has ever replied to the complaint. The service station autobahn goregaon has unqualified and unprofessional people and I never have never experienced such bad service .
