[Resolved]  Skoda India — Replacement of interior roof

Hi all, I had given my car near Electronic City service station to replace the back windshield which was damaged from a tree branch and it was replaced in the above mentioned service station. The representative (Vinod Kumar) who handled this case damaged my interior roof while replacing the windshield and is putting the blame on me saying that it was damaged when the branch fell on the windshield. You can see the photo of where exactly the branch fell and it's not even near the roof. While buying the car I was inquiring about other cars and the sales representative told me "Please do not compare such local company to our Skoda. We provide excellent service and the car service is top notch" but from the way I see it is you guys provide some service and the representative who handled the car is not even ready to take the blame. It was the representative's fault but I'm still "requesting" you guys to replace the interior roof for me for free of cost. IF you guys tell the same story then I'm gonna go to consumer court or publish in the newspapers and make sure that I am gonna bring your reputation down because it sure wasn't my fault.
