[Resolved] Skoda India — Service and Availability of Items/Parts regarding | |||||
My Skoda Rapid (KL-11-AA-3511) had a breakdown on 30/09/2015. I did not get the vehicle till today. They (picacle Skoda, Kerala, Calicut) are saying that ECM is the problem part but skoda not yet confirmed that. That part has to come from Skoda and it will take more than 15 days(since I got extended warranty). Last year also they took more than one week to rectify my complaint(Still that complaint is present-not yet fully corrected). I want to know exactly what is happening, share all the communication details between You and the service center to me(devika.[protected]@gmail.com) and also arrange an alternate vehicle if you are taking more time because I am suffering a lot now.
