[Resolved] Skoda India — tefe access hosur road bangalore not even able to diagonise the problem after 4 visits | |||
There is a problem of over heating of engine and switching off problem we are facing in our skoda superb vehicle KA03 MP 6500, here servicing center and its technical team is such a worst that, they not even diagnosed the problem even after 4 visits each they took approximately weeks time for the same problem.and even they are not bothered to call customers regarding the service is first thing and even they will not bothered to pick up the calls when we call the advisers. Its a very pathetic way of treating the customers. Even after so many requests they are not willing to give a standby vehicles also. Better we will approach consumer court to get this sorted out and decided to never ever buy skoda in our life time again Was this information helpful? | |||
