[Resolved] Skoda India — Worst Service and Overcharged me | |||
Dear Skoda, I am very sorry to say i ever had such a bad experience with the 4th paid service of my skoda rapid. I did my all my previous 3 paid services with the Vision Skoda in Thrissur in Kerala and unfortunately for the 4th time I had given my car to Marikar Skoda Kochin Kerala for service. Normally when ever i given my car for the service it was just like 11000 Rupees to 12000 Rupees was the maximum expense which incurred for my service when i did service with the Skoda service in Thrissur. But for my service in Kochin a few days back they charged me nearly 20000 Rupees how can they charge me such a huge amount, or how it can be such a huge difference between two authorised service centres. when i given my car for service i have mention to them about my ABS light is blinking and has to look and repair the same and they said ok we will repair and unfortunately they haven't done anything with the same. After the service my engine oil is leaking diesel pipes are leaking and even one time engine oil red light has shown in the indication area. I don't know what should i do about the same. And also one main thing they said engine flushing or something which i never heard with other service providers and without even asking they did that also and they charged me nearly 4000 rupees for that. And finally without my permission they engraved their sticker showing MARIKAR on my car. I don't know what is happening. i am attaching a photo showing cost of repair which is saying by skoda motors india in their website. i too regret buying a skoda product.I understand now that the car doesnt undergo any quality checks or regulations.Now the number of showrooms in kerala has reduced to two or three, people from different parts have to rely on those remaining.I drop my car at the service and have to catch a bus/train to get back home. The people at the service centers also know that we dont have anywhere else to go, their behaviour is also very rude and casual!!one more thing - The price of parts is not digestible at all.The prices are same as that of premium cars.What to say!!
