[Resolved]  Skoda Tafe Access Limited — Reg. 5k deducted from the booking amount of 50k

I booked skoda rapid style plus 1.6mpi mt black package car with the booking amount of 50k dated on 28th of april 2016, later, i cancelled my booking dated on 17th of may 2016 (Within one month duration) due to medical emergency. My cancellation request has been accepted by dealer after making necessary escalation to the skoda customer care through mail. After acceptance, the dealer made cheque for 45k and not for 50k, and therefore, he deducted 5k from the booking amount and gave a cheque for 45k.
