I have ordered a new oppo Reno 7 phone from Flipkart and this phone is defective but the Flipkart is not giving me the replacement they are telling that we have to take it to service center but I ha ordered form Flipkart not service center pls resolve my issue...

HI,
i order via paytm for 2 pic Hot Slimming Shaper Belt but i have received only one but where as that is also defective which is paytm team has taken back but another one i didnt received and when i track the thing i see the status as delivered. can you see in this or guide me where to go and complaint about it. if you call me that will great.
