24th november 2015- my parcel has been delayed for over a week and when i called to inquire about it, the person put me on hold and then disconnected. after calling repeatedly for an hour he finally responded and told me the delivery van was 20 minutes away. when i called again after an hour as i was yet to receive my courier and said i would complain, he went to use abusive language. when i asked him what sort of a business he runs, he continued to abuse. i just want to receive my parcel so i never have to deal with this horrible service.
