Hi, I had booked an apartment from Skyline Constructions Bangalore in a project called Skyline Retreat in Hennur Road, Bangalore in 2011. The project consists of 58 houses and promised completion was in December 2014. Once I paid my 90% payment on January 2014 Skyline stopped construction in the site and there are no work happening on the site for almost 3 Years now. When we call Skyline or seek an appointment with Skyline they do not respond and do not offer any response to our mails also. This has been frustrating and unacceptable from the buyers side where there is no communication from the Real Estate developer Skyline Constructions for about 3 Years now. The project has been the same state as the photo attached from January 2014. I also booked in Skyline retreat in 2011 and paid 91℅, but last 3 years work is not happening. Avinash Prabhu and Dhiraj Prabhu not ready to start work. We are badly struk up in Skyline retreat project.
