[Resolved] Snapdeal and Gati — wrong product delivery | |||
Dear Sanpdeal customer care, I have paid for Red cotton brief (pack of 3) while I ve been given only pack of 1 piece and that too in black color. I already wrote mail and filled a complaint to customer carea but no action or reply I am getting from Snapdeal. This is not the way of business you are doing. Kindly check my complaint and take action against the seller. I alredy forwarded you inovice copy and photo of delivered product. Request you to collect back this product and either provide me the product intact with promised specification or remit my money back to payment gateway.
