[Resolved] Snapdeal — Damaged product is delivered and didn't facilitate return | |||
I have purchased intex it 2650 speaker from snapdeal. but all the buttons on the product is totally damaged and speaker was also not functioning. I have sent a mail at [protected]@snapdeal.com but they are saying that please contact brand service center. Why should i go there as product is damaged and damaged product are not covred under intrex warrantee. Please do the needful ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||

After lot of mails and calls they have listened my complaint and resolved it after about two month. But customer care service is so poor to understand my problem in one time. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
