[Resolved] Snapdeal — defective product delivered (helmet - vega flip up dull black) | |||
Defective product was delivered to me, i immidetly sent it back to them. Its been almost 12 days, now they are telling replacement is not possible because product price has increased. They are telling only refund will be possible and telling me to order another product after getting refunds. When they reduce the prices, they ship only defective products, after that they will increase price and ship good products. I called their help desk ppl almost 5 times till date and every time they tell they will arrange call back from concerned team, but till date i dint get any call from concerned team. Rahul, one of their complaints team member promised to replace the product, but after 12 days they dropped a mail saying they cant replace only refund is possible that too it will take 5 to 7 days itseems. The helpdesk ppl disconnected my call twice, i have spent around 150 rs currency on calling help desk ppl, by this price i would have got new product in good condition outside itself. This is a Technic used by snapdeal to sell all Defective products rather we can call it a fraud. i tried to search for nodal officer number on net, i dint find it any where.
