Snapdeal — Delay in refunding the money paid | |||
We ordered a mobile for Rs. 6999 from snapdeal.com on 8th April 2015. On 14th April 2015 we got mail from snapdeal cancelling our order because o[censored]navailability of the product and confirming the refund of money within 4-5 business days. Its now more than 1 month and I had already spent more than 200 Rs. on phone calls to customer care, but till now we haven't received our money back. Snapdeal assures us that our money is protected by Trust Pay but we have lost all our faith on snapdeal. This was our first and last dealing with snapdeal as they provided the worst service to us. We kindly need the help of someone responsible to look into our issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
