Snapdeal — Did not provide correct invoice | |||
Please refer to my order [protected] and product Lenovo Yoga 500 2-in-1 Laptop (80N400MRIN) (5th Gen Intel Core i7- 8G RAM- 1TB SSHD- 35.56 cm (14) Touch- Windows 10- 2GB Graphics) (White). The invoice sent with product had incorrect serial number. In this regard I made several call to customer care on phone and also raised complaint having reference number 18171090 and 1832244. My registered mobile number is [protected] and is the coverage never misses. I got a reply that snapdeal was trying to contact me but there was coverage issue. I still not discovered when I sent the image of serial number of machine why snapdeal team is procrastinating the issue. This is the worst kind of service while dealing with petty problem.
