Snapdeal — Fake Product sold, Company denying to help | |||
Snapdeal Order ID: [protected] I had ordered a Dell Battery on Snapdeal on 2nd April which was delivered to me on 7th April. The battery worked fine until 9th of May post which it was getting detected. As it had 3 months warranty I decided to call Dell who honored the warranty and sent me a replacement battery as per the part no of the battery shipped by Snapdeal, only to realize that the original Dell battery with part no RM661 is for a latitude machine where as i have a XPS M1330 machine. The Dell corporate escalations team gave it to me in writing (Email) that the battery sold to me by snapdeal is not a Dell genuine part and hence i will have to contact snapdeal to fix the issue. I contacted the snapdeal customer care last week and the representative asked me to forward the email sent to me by Dell to their email id [protected]@snapdeal.com, i forwarded them the same. Then they called me a couple of days later that they haven't received the email and hence i forwarded them the email again. Its been 2 days since the email has been forwarded however no action has been taken yet. I have paid Rs.1583/- for a fake product and i would like my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
