[Resolved] Snapdeal — Faulty Product and Cheating | |||
I had ordered King size Evita Bedsheet with 4 Pillow Cover from snapdeal site wide order no [protected]. After 2 days I received wrong product. On calling customer care the product was picked up again and replacement was initiated. After 3 days I receive an email that I can't receive the product as it is not available with partner. Today I called up customer care and explained that the same product is available on your site with different price. PSB the link on site. http://www.snapdeal.com/product/portico-new-york-evita-white/[protected]?utm_source=earth_feed&utm_...⇄ After putting necessary discount the net price of this product comes to 1960. On this I was told that it is with different Seller but the 1st seller does not have d product. As a customer what I care is that I should get the product. If 1st seller messed up the situation than you should charge him the necessary cost. Why should I suffer as a customer. Looking forward for an early resolution of the matter.
