Snapdeal — Faulty product received | |||
On Jan 14th, 2014, I placed an online order for Neil Charcoal Barbeque bearing order no: [protected] . My shipment arrived within the promised number of days. I opened the package which was later found to be defective and inadequate according to ISI standards, which was not expecting to be delivered. I then attempted to use online system to submit my item for return. The website SNAPDEAL informed me that the product could not be returned. The Customer service executive initially resisted and was blaming me for have opened the package, suggesting that “they would just end up telling me the that I should keep this disgusting product and they will pay me 200 rupees as a console gesture.” I have spent an amount of 2413 rupees and this is what i get . The product is carrying a 1 year warranty on the box and on the SNAPDEAL website, these people are cheating us in this way. Please someone help me to have it returned.
