Snapdeal — Incomplete product delivery - no response from Companny | |||
Very bad experience for me as well. Had ordered Yamaha keyboard pedals at Snapdeal ( Spent about Rs 5000 )- these arrived without the screws to assemble. Called them, got complaint number, been promised reverse pick up - but nothing happens.Called multiple times. The people at Customer Care just bluff you, saying things will be taken care off - simple lies. Now it is about 3weeks plus and no progress. Don't know if I need to take legal action ... Packaging did not have the Screws required for assembling. 1 month now and all I hear from Customer Service is - they will sort it out soon or will arrange for reverse pick up, but nothing happens. 1 month over now . I think the Customer Service people ( Snap Deal ) are trained in speaking blatant lies !!! They just get off promising to take action ... then nothing happens .
