Snapdeal — Lost my products and not paying money - seller on snapdeal | |||||
I'm a seller on snapdeal, i sell fabric on snapdeal, have had such a bad experience with snapdeal, seller code se9707, name styliner-rewa-voi, i sent my products to their warehouse, they lost it and now not even reimbursing the money for same. They confirmed that the products have been lost and they'll initiate the payment in 2-3 cycles, but after that they have stopped taking calls, they want me to fill indemnity letter, why would i do that... They had the product, i don't want to sell on snapdeal anymore, all they have to do is make a refund, i asked them, if there's a confusion send someone to visit my office to solve the case, but still no reply. My rs 21000 worth stock is with them, i need full refund within next 7 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||
