[Resolved] Snapdeal — Mobile imei not register | |||
Dear concern, I have purchased a AOC E40 mobile by snapdeal online shopping for my sister. But when we insert the Sim card in phone, it showing the error invalid imei. When I contacted in AOC customer care representative they told me to contact the seller because IMEI is not register by the dealer. I am not getting proper response from snapdeal pls help. It's not the product issue, this is the legal metter because every phone required the unique IMEI to operate the india. I got duplicate product, and i was replace my order also but today the delivery person behave very rudely with us, they don't want to come to our perfect address which we provided to him and here we are waiting for our delivery.what the delivery service u r providing han ?
