Snapdeal — Nightmare with snapdeal fraud practices

This is second time snap deal sent the item through this courier ecomexpress

After several complaint against ecomexpress, still nothing has changed on snapdeal shipping partner, item ordered through snapdeal order id: [protected] awb[protected] not delivered with same story

Here is the status message i get every day
Morning-shipment sent for delivery
Evening - undelivered (Reason code : 219 - consignee not available)

Just wasting everyone's time, mr kunal bahl can you please take a call with this courier service

I have written to snapdeal including ceo several times about no change in their attitude, still sending products through ecomexpress

Googled ecomexpress found are millions of complain against this company i guess habitual offender. How come snap deal did not notice this or snap deal doesn’t care about customer feedback.
