Snapdeal — no response given to return the product refund amount

Dear sir, my order no [protected] home nicer dicer ordered sent me damaged product, so i returned the product of return policy via national courier with amount 200rs i given, he returned the product again damage so i call again to snapdeal and company says refunded the money in your account in few days i given my account no but the refund amount have not came in my account and i call again he says nothing about of refund amount so i complaint pls give me solution...
