[Resolved] Snapdeal — NO RESPONSE - NO INVOICE FOR THE SUPPLIED PRODUCT. | |||
Respected Antitrust Bureau Self logged a complaint on 8th November 2013 and is now not visible till now..? How many days required to go through your spam filter. Details of my Complaint logged on 8th Nov' 2013: Self placed the Order for Mobile Sony Xperia M dual, vide Order No.[protected], Placed on :[protected]:27:58. And received the payment confirmation along with Sub Order [protected], Seller : Maniac Store. The product delivered to me on 25th Oct'13 by M/s. Manic Store, BUT WITHOUT INVOICE, WITHOUT 1750 mah BATTERY (with 1700 mah) and WITHOUT THE USER GUIDE. Self logged the complaint vide complaint No.3674791 with the above concern, dated 25th Oct'2013. Requested for immediate reply, also mentioned that the product not utilised and Your reply will decide to keep the product OR to Return the consignment. Got reply by Mr.komal sharma on Oct 26 at 11:41: asking to send the pictures to resolve the issue and self have forwarded the images on 27th Oct'13. FROM 27TH TO TILL DATE THE ISSUE IS PENDING and self done enough follow-up by mail and by phone, for the mails there is no revert from snapdeal and by telephone help desk gives false assurances. Iam very unhappy as my money struck with snapdeal and un utilised product lying with me for last 2 weeks and Iam concerned with the SONY warranty support without proper Invoice. UPDATE: On 10th Nov'2013 - Snap deal sent the mail for "Return Pick up" along with Original Invoice. Self getting panic as the ORIGINAL INVOICE IS MY MAIN CONCERN" remaining about the battery & not sending the user guide is acceptable. How can we justify the product purchase/ manufacturer warranty without Invoice. Self communicated by return mail to Snap deal for arranging the Invoice on 10th Nov'13 itself, but No response till date. Please resolve my issue Regds Shahid Patan. Again received the mail on 23rd Nov'2013 from - Snap deal for "Return Pick up" along with Original Invoice. Self getting panic as the ORIGINAL INVOICE IS MY MAIN CONCERN". With out sending me the product Invoice Snapdeal sending the mails occasionally & as per their convenience. Not at all responding to my concern i.e INVOICE and wasting my time from 25th October'13 on this subject.
How can we justify the product purchase/ manufacturer warranty without Invoice.
Please resolve my issue ...Regds Shahid Patan.

I purchased a dell laptop (Latitude 3550) and after receiving the same, I opted to return the same on account of its screen built quality being very poor(screen distorts by slightest finger pressure at the back).
