Snapdeal — No response(delivered fake/duplicate/used product) | |||||
I received a fake product or call it a used one. i told it to snapdeal and they filed a complaint about it. its been 1 week and no clear response came from them till now.i have now lost my patience now.i m now fed up of thier customer services.they are just harassing me now.they dont even receive call from me. they are just ignoring me. even sent them few mails. they give me 48 hour every time and give me assurance .pls look further into this. order id=[protected] reference no.=23129768 Was this information helpful? | |||||
