[Resolved] Snapdeal — No return of defective product | |||
I bought a Zebronics Bluetooth headsfree from Sanp Deal last month. When it is delivered to I found it does not work with my HTC desire V. I tried it on windows PC and it did not worked there too. Later I found it does not work with Samsung phones, Nokia windows phones, Motorola phones or any device my freinds held. I tried to return it online but the site gave me number to call. I called it and they said they will tell me tommorow about the matter. Next day they said they had nothing to do when an electronic product does not work. I should complain to Zebronics. I asked what about the "no question return policy". They said I have to read the return policy documents first. Later I called them again and explained I want my refund from them not from Zebronics because I baught product from not from Zebronics. They assured me they will return it. When I return it online I realized the seven days have passed during all these stupid calls I made. I called them and begged to return that junk and they just tried to pass those seven days so I could not return it. I realized it was an open fraud. I also tried to submit a feedback on product page that it does not work with those devices I tried but they did not submitted it. Obviously, because they could not sell those wothless products anymore if they have submitted it. I request to take a strict action against Snap Deal and please stop thse open frauds. It is not for my money, I can afford another working device but it is about principals and the rights of consumers in a free country. Thanks in advance Was this information helpful? | |||
