[Resolved] Snapdeal — Not taking return within scheduled | |||
I purchesed a product of philips trimmer black from snapdeal...With order id [protected]..According their notification within 7days i have to place return request if i want so i did that & they have also provided me the return id (Return id[protected] against this product.But still they did not take any action regarding the return issue. After 4-5 times calling to customer care they told me that they will response me within 24 hrs.But nothing they have done yet.So my question is that why they are not taking return of this product.So plz do the necessary action from your end...My mob no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved They did not take any steps even not made me any call from their end till today..continiously I have been doing the call...& they are saying that within 24 hrs they will intimate me..but after that no call & no action is taken.. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
