Snapdeal — Order cancelled after 40 days. | |
I am deeply disappointed with snapdeal service.
40 days back I had placed an order for an Office chair (order [protected]) which I wanted to gift my friend on his birthday.
On 11th April, I got a message saying the order is ready with seller and will be shipped anytime.
On 14th April, I got a message saying the product is delayed.
On 17th April, I got a message saying the product is cancelled.
On 17th April, I can see that the product is available on your portal.
I am surprised with such contradictory statements.
I am surprised with the supply chain model you have?
I am surprised with the response from snapdeal agents.
I am surprised that 40 days of my time is wasted for a gift.
Why is that it took 40 days for you to understand that the product is not available?
Why did you waste my time?
Why are you wasting my time now?
I need the reponse for this.
Especially, your agents with names Ravi and Farhan was incapable of answering my queries. How worst the training you had given them. Was this information helpful? | |
