Snapdeal — order is not sent after long time also | |||
I order a mobile phone but i send it for replacement because it is defected piece.After about 7 days i got message that the order was dispatched and delievered till 7th january but till now i didnt received it and when i try to contact they says that the order is in process.Really i think that snapdeal is a good company and as a good and regular customer i m feeling very sorry to say this that i dont expect this.My order no is [protected] and now i hope that you will solve my problem and help me Was this information helpful? | |||
