I have ordered nova grooming kit 7 in 1 NG1095 of snapdeal order no.[protected]. It has been 12 days that my order is not deliverd. you had sent me a mail saying that customer was not available and you asked me the timing so i had given the timing b/n 3.00pm to 6.00pm. even today also the order is not deliverd. please see to that and place my order as fast as possible. Its been two weeks since I placed my order and haven't received it yet. Amazon had delivered within two days.
It is impossible to reach them on a phone no. The operator says all our people are busy now and the phone is disconnected. I couldn't find any other way to reach them. Highly not recommended to shop at snapdeal.
