[Resolved] Snapdeal — Ordered laptab lt666 with 1tb storage but not received the same | |||||
Oct 12 2016 Ordered Micromax Laptap 2in1 LT666 with 1TB cloud storage and 1 yr MS Office subscription, but received only laptop without 1 TB storage and MS office, returned the laptop with missing items promised, it is been over two months, they want to retun the same product and does not want to refund although I was having gold benefits which means as per their website 14 day return or refund policy. After two months they same laptop returned was dirty when I just had it one 1 day before I returned. They basically do not want to give 1 TB cloud storage and wants me to accept the item without it. I have spent several hours with customer service who are blunt enough to forcefully make me accpet the item what they throw at me. SNAPDEAL is a fraud company and started cheating customers.
