Snapdeal — Poor quality laptop bag not replaced | |||||
I have bought a toshiba lap top bag from snap deal.com and the product was delivered as per the communicated time. But i have received a very poor quality product and in a very bad condition so i have logged a complaint and registered the same in snap deal complaint team. And they have informed that before 18th july 16 the product will be picked up from my location amount will be refunded. But till today the item has not picked and the amount has not refunded to me. Whenever i called the customer care team they will inform "we will consider this as a special case and will send the courier team today and refund will do within 24hrs" Reall customer cheating.
