Hi !

I ordered nike shoe on 10th oct 2016 through your mobile app but when i received the order it was torn black leather shoe which are ages old. I tried to return the order but the invoice number is incorrect hence i had to cancel the order please look into order i.d- [protected] & sub order i.d [protected].

This is pure shame of snapdeal they have false dealer who cheat on their customer i would request you to take serious actions again them as it is because of them your reputation is going down

Updated by southpow any update on my query & do let me know what are the actions you have taken against ganpat trading else i will go to consumer court & your company would have the pay for the trauma i went through because of this fraudulent activity you cannot wash your hand by just refunding my money.
