[Resolved] Snapdeal — Refund for failed transaction | |||
On 14th July 2015 I purchased a mobile phone (Micro max Unite 3) from snap deal, but at the time of payment via sbi debit card transaction failed. Later I checked with bank and bank confirmed that the money (Rs. 6080/-) was deducted from account. I called snap deal, they asked for 48 hours to resolve this.After waiting till 22nd July 2015 I called them back and they told me to file a complain in their website with the bank statement where the deduction is shown, I followed their entire process they also confirmed me via mail that they receive my complain with bank statement and the refund will be done within 48 hours. After waiting for several 48 hours I called them back, but as usual either they asking me for 48 hours again or again or they are telling it is under process. When I asked them to forward my call to the concern dept they also denied to transfer the call. I will be obliged if you kindly proceed with the matter and help me to get the refund.Details of the order is provided below.
